About Me

I’m a writer originally from Jackson Heights, Queens, NY. I attended A Public Space’s 2024 Writer’s Retreat in Kaatsbaan, the 2023 Bread Loaf Writer's Conference, and the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop in speculative fiction in 2022. I’ve taught at Blue Stoop Philly, and I'm currently writing a novel and short fiction. My work can be found in Vox, Current Affairs, Jacobin, Coffin Bell Journal, Points in Case, and elsewhere.

Some inspirations for my writing include living in an absurd, unjust world, depression, talking to health insurance robots on the computer, microplastics, and chronic pain! Other inspirations include Mona Awad, Lincoln Michel, Paul Beatty, Joshua Ferris, Jessi Jezewska Stevens, Kurt Vonnegut, Michael Zapata, Hilary Leichter, and J.M. Coetzee.

I do digital marketing for a living. I'm a classically trained long-form improvisational comedian and comedy sketch writer. Day-to-day, I write, think about writing, fight with my health insurance company, and spend time with my fiancée, Ana, and dog, Luna. I currently live in Philly.

I'd love to work together on fiction, non-fiction, surviving modernity, whatever!
